GRUBBRAINS' COMMISSIONS

terms of service;

- i have the right to decline any commission or cancel at any time
- payment must be upfront; no refunds*
- changes may be made as i send progress pictures, but any changes wanted that are not of my own fault (i.e, wrong colors, forgot a design aspect, etc.) will not be accepted after the piece is finished. please communicate thoroughly as i send progress pictures.
- artwork will typically take no longer than a week to complete, depending on my schedule and workload. please give me at least 3 weeks though.
- i can do "crunch" commissions. this gives you priority and allows you to set a date you want the commission done (within reason). these commissions are more expensive, please contact me for information.
